Onboarding
Identify organizational needs and appropriate problem definition; provide evaluation methods and tools; develop curriculum, job performance requirements, and training objectives developed from job description and accepted best practices; progress benchmarking

Leadership/Professional Development
Identify organizational needs and appropriate problem definition; establish program goals and objectives aligned with organizational mission and purpose; outline material and roadmap for accomplishing intended mission; facilitate program or train in-house facilitators

Continuing Education
Compile necessary documents and submit required forms to Texas Department of State Health Services to assist organization in obtaining an EMS Continuing Education Provider certification number with the ability to accredit organizational training for maintaining Texas and National Registry EMS certifications
